When will my object be printed and shipped?
We print in small batches and to order. Orders usually ship within 2–4 working days. If an object has to be reprinted in your colour or variant it can take up to a week — we will let you know in good time.
What are the objects made of?
Plant-based PLA (renewable, food-safe), with built-in stainless-steel ball bearings and neodymium magnets. Details on the material page.
Are the objects suitable for children?
Many of our objects contain small magnets or ball bearings and are therefore not suitable for children under 14. Please keep small parts away from children.
How do I care for my object?
Wipe it with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Keep it out of the dishwasher and away from strong heat — PLA softens from about 60 °C.
Can I replace a bearing or a magnet?
Yes. Bearings and magnets are replaceable. Just get in touch — we send spare parts or swap them if you send the object back.
How long is my right of withdrawal?
We voluntarily grant a withdrawal period of one month from receipt of the object. Details and the withdrawal policy (in German) are on the withdrawal page.
Which payment methods can I use?
Through our payment provider Mollie: for example credit card, PayPal and Klarna. You see the methods currently available when you pay.
Do you ship outside Germany?
Yes, within the EU. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the country. We currently do not deliver outside the EU.
Can I order an object in a particular colour or as a custom piece?
Many objects come in several colours right in the shop. Custom pieces are possible case by case — just write to info@haptic3d.de.
What about VAT?
haptic3D is a small business under § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), so no VAT is charged or shown — the prices are final prices.
